Shipping policy

At Pet Pantry Co, we are committed to getting your pet’s essentials to your door as efficiently as possible. We offer three tiers of shipping to suit your needs:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

​Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

​Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

​Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at StevenRobinson@PetPantryco.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a resolution.
